EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchange within 15 days after receiving your order. All returned products must be in their original packaging, original condition, unworn, unwashed. Customers will assume the cost of return shipping and customs to our studio in Indonesia.

If the exchange is the result of some error on our part (ie; you received an incorrect or defective item), we will be happy to pay for the return shipping. International shipping will NOT BE REFUNDED as part of an Exchange.

Please note that :
Exchanges can only be made for the same style, in a different color or size and is subject to availability.
As we do not accept store credit, all exchanges must be completed immediately.
Should the desired exchange item run out of stock, you may exchange it with other available items from the store.
Delivery fees to send the package back to destination will be borne by the customer.

To process your request quicker, include your unboxing video.
When an agreed solution is reached, you can pack up your items with a return note.
On the return note, you must indicate the size and colour that you prefer as well as your personal details.
This includes your name, your contact number and the receiving address for the exchange.
You can expect your exchange parcel to be processed within 5-7 working days after we have received the return.
